The Gondolier offers the very best location, 3 short blocks to the beach and 5th Avenue South with many 4 star restaurants, shops & art galleries.

   We have 8 units in our resort all with kitchens, linens and towel service provided. We have a full laundry room for personal use (small fee). We take pride in a clean and tidy facility. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available year around.
All apartments are smoke free.
